We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Inbound Sales Executive to handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing information about our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through quality service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Confident personality with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM software experience preferred).
  • Prior experience in inbound sales or call center will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
