Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Schedule meetings with Digibank’s prospect clients to conduct welcome visits to start the 1st relationship and present Digibank’s business model.
2. Represent active daily point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on different Digibank products.
3. Follow the set target and maintain regular meetings with the Manager to follow-up on it.
4. Assist in addressing other colleague’s assigned customers’ requests, in case of absence.
5. Examine all documents presented during the clients’ visits.
6. Maintain coordination with related Digibank departments to ensure efficient services management.
7. Maintain the custody of related Digibank clients’ products deliverables.
8. Perform all archiving and filing activities.
9. Guarantee that a professional level of service is offered to all visited clients.
10. Keep awareness of the market activities and trends and industry norms through following up on the news to address the customer’s needs for banking solutions and to build insight on permeating new business opportunities.
11. Review the handled customers’ requests with the concerned team and follow up their processing according to the applied SLAs.
12. Maintain regular and full awareness of all Digibank products and services.
13. Maintain the protection of customers’ data and the abidance by the related rules.
14. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
15. Adhere to policies and procedures to guarantee that Digibank’s business is conducted in Compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules & Regulations, as well as International Standards.
