About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and articulate Customer Outreach Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential and existing customers through outbound calls and emails, helping them discover solutions that best meet their needs. You’ll focus on communication, relationship-building, and delivering an exceptional customer experience — not just selling a product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing customers.
• Clearly communicate company services and solutions to generate interest.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and goals through effective conversations.
• Schedule follow-up calls or forward qualified leads to the relevant teams.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and service departments to improve outreach strategies.
• Ensure a professional, helpful, and positive experience in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• 06 months to 1 year of experience in customer outreach, consulting, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and emails.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools and communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
