Job Summary
Greet and welcome customers to the jewellery store in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in their jewellery selection by providing product information, explaining features and benefits, and suggesting suitable options based on their preferences.
Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each customer.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's jewellery collection, including materials, gemstones, designs, and current trends.
Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments, ensuring a comfortable and proper fit.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking and reordering of jewellery items.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
Provide customers with information regarding jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.
Utilize CRM software and customer databases to maintain accurate customer records and track customer preferences.
Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and after-sales services.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and window showcases.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and ethical business practices.
