Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account details.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails professionally.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Lahore.
• Age 24 to 35 years.
• Intermediate or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle customers with patience and empathy.
• Strong English communication.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
