We create sustainable women’s hygiene and personal care products, focused on wellness and environmental responsibility.

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Trainee to join our customer support and operations team.

Role Overview:

The CRM Trainee will assist in managing customer interactions, handling queries, maintaining databases, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.
This is a beginner-friendly role ideal for freshers who want to build a career in CRM, customer support, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Follow up on leads, feedback, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and operations teams for customer resolutions.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Assist in retention and loyalty programs.
• Ensure high-quality communication and professionalism with every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any degree: BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Good listening, patience, and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
