Customer Sales Executive

Job Description:
Mars BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Sales Executives for our in-house international campaign. The ideal candidate should be confident, fluent in English, and comfortable communicating with international clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally
• Engage customers and identify their auto insurance needs
• Transfer interested customers to licensed agents in real-time
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong English communication and listening skills.
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus (freshers are also encouraged to apply).
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in night shifts

Build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
