Compensation: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Sales Officers to join our expanding team serving the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and pricing structures.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and satisfaction.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Handle inquiries and address customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sales Mindset: Persuasive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.
• Availability: Must be able to work the full night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
