Customer Sales Representative (CSR / Closer ) at Moji Tech LLC

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR / Self Closer ) to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and deliver a professional customer experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and able to work in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Assist customers with accurate information
• Follow scripts, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication & listening skills
• Confident, energetic, and punctual personality
• Ability to work night shift (US timings)
• Call Center/BPO experience is a plus mandatory

Timings & Location

Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Sector 5, DHA Business Bay, Office #9-I
