Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying client travel needs, offering tailored travel solutions, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.

Qualifications

* Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements

* Making Itineraries

* Experience in making Reservations and handling related processes

* Strong Customer Service skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team

* Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and systems

* Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus

* Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous

Visa: On Company Expense

Salary: 2400 AED

Commission: 10/12% on Sale
