Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Riyadh. The Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, handle inquiries through phone and digital channels, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a delightful customer experience. The role requires working closely with the operations team to monitor order flow, coordinate delivery updates, and ensure that each customer's needs are properly accommodated. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and manage overall Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Effective Problem Solving abilities with a customer first mindset
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to guide customers and provide suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in English and French (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
