The Customer Service Assistant supports direct-to-consumer operations by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries. This will achieved by delivering outstanding customer support, building brand loyalty, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Description

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
  • Manage and process orders efficiently, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders when necessary.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service , ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Must have experience with DTC platforms and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Support customer interactions across multiple channels with professionalism and care
  • German/ French language speaking is desirable

Job Offer
