Description
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
- Manage and process orders efficiently, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest solutions.
- Assist in coordinating with external stakeholders when necessary.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service , ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Must have experience with DTC platforms and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Support customer interactions across multiple channels with professionalism and care
- German/ French language speaking is desirable
