Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, maintaining detailed documentation, and supporting smooth service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both customer support and administrative tasks effectively.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to company services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services and customer experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure efficient support operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Salary & Benefits
