Customer Service & Matchmaking Officer (North Nazimabad Branch)

Shaadi.org.pk is looking for a Matchmaking Officer-Nazimabad Branch to manage member profiles, understand client preferences, and facilitate suitable matches. The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update client profiles with accuracy.
• Understand client requirements and suggest compatible matches.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain detailed records.
• Achieve monthly matchmaking and satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in client relations or customer service
• Age: 24 years or above
• Gender: Open to males and females
• Skills: Communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency

Salary & Benefits

• Rs. 50,000 – 150,000 (based on experience)
