We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates


Qualifications
