Job Description

CyberNas is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing service tickets, supporting event operations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer service tickets promptly.
  • Follow up on escalations and share detailed reports with management.
  • Conduct courtesy calls with clients and students when required.
  • Review and manage registrations through internal systems.
  • Follow up with unpaid candidates for regional events.
  • Send joining instructions and prepare attendance sheets.
  • Support the Customer Service Lead with reports, feedback analysis, and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Odoo (Salesforce experience preferred).
