Pay: 40,000 (PKR) - 100,000 (PKR) per month + Incentives + Commission

Location: Murree Road, Near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in B2B Sales / Lead Generation (USA-based campaigns preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Business Hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Industry: Civil Engineering / ITES / Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and confident Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling USA-based lead generation campaigns, capable of identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified sales leads for our business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Identify key decision-makers and establish strong professional communication.
• Present company products/services and create business interest among prospects.
• Update and maintain client information in CRM systems accurately.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation & sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for appointment setting and deal closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B lead generation or sales (USA campaigns).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer operations.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a night shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with B2B campaigns.
• Prior experience in appointment setting / inside sales.
• Understanding of US business practices and client communication.
