Job Description
To serve as the first point of contact for students, potential learners, and corporate clients, assisting with inquiries, enrollment, technical support, and feedback related to training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Student & Client Support
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Provide information on courses, fees, schedules, certifications, and trainers.
- Guide students through the registration and payment process.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
- Resolve issues related to access, login, course materials, or online platforms.
- Escalate technical problems to the appropriate team when needed.
- Course Coordination
- Confirm enrollments and share course schedules with students.
- Coordinate with trainers for class changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Feedback & Follow-Up
- Collect feedback from learners and report it to management.
- Follow up with students who missed sessions or need assistance completing a course.
- CRM & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints for reporting and analysis.
- Sales Support (if applicable)
- Upsell or cross-sell additional courses or certifications.
- Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to leads or past students.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and patient attitude
- Familiarity with IT or tech training terminology (bonus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office software
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Team player with organizational skills
Preferred Background
- Previous experience in customer service or education/training sector
- Knowledge of online learning platforms (like Moodle, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma (any discipline, preferably in IT or business)
Location: PNY Trainings Rawalpindi Branch
Timings: 11am to 8pm
Salary: 25k to 30k
Gender: Male only
Experience: 1-2 years customer sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
