We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to oversee client relationships and support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, coordinate internally across departments, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and maintain updates in the CRM system (Odoo).
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales coordination, or a similar role (logistics/warehousing experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
