We are hiring a Customer Service-Warehouse Coordinator to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update CRM records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Track customer interactions and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams.
  • Support customer onboarding, loyalty, and retention activities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Basic reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Bike required for daily commute.

Shift & Working Days

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday

Office Location

  • Brooks Chowrangi, Karachi
