Position: Customer Services Executive

About This Role:
MaxRemind is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth account setup and activation, and providing first-level support while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver billing software, EHR, and RCM demos to clients.
• Manage proposals, pricing, and contract signing.
• Guide clients through onboarding, account setup, and activation.
• Coordinate with EHR and billing teams to ensure timely go-live.
• Provide first-level support during onboarding.
• Maintain consistent, professional client communication.
• Ensure smooth handoff to long-term support teams.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of EHR/Billing software with excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or US healthcare industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Location: Near Old Airport, Fazal Town Phase 2, Rawalpindi
Shift: Evening Shift, 5 PM to 2 AM (Mon-Fri)
