Key Responsibilities:

Handle client communications via emails and ensure excellent support.

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

Oversee website updates and management, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.

Collaborate with the team to enhance overall customer experience and online engagement.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in social media management, answering clients queries on call email marketing.

Basic knowledge of website handling/management (WordPress or similar platforms).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
