Job Description

Position Overview: As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our products and services. You will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening and understanding customer needs.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of FAQs and support documentation.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fresh to 1 year experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Job Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Working days: Monday to Friday
