Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving concerns related to orders, returns, and refunds, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. The role also includes making outbound calls when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
  • Address issues related to returns, exchanges, and refunds in a professional manner
  • Make outbound calls for customer support and lead follow-ups when necessary
  • Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer concerns
  • Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written
  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer support or call center role
  • Prior experience in cold calling or sales support is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-commerce workflows is preferred
  • Must be comfortable working night shifts and in US time zones
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

Location: Karachi

Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
