Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional support for product/service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer records and manage follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in customer support or similar roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
