Your Role:

As a Technical Service Representative, you will:

• Be the trusted voice of Alpha CX, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver fast and accurate solutions.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services with professionalism.
• Maintain and update customer records while safeguarding their confidentiality.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey.
• Follow company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking team members who have:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Previous Technical Support experience ( mandatory).
• Bachelor degree( mandatory).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with technology and customer service tools.
