Customs Entry Coordinator (LAX)

Job Duties (Customs Entry Coordinator (LAX)):

• Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, truckers, warehouses, and customers for export shipments from the United States to overseas.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and co-loaders and make bookings.
• Provide timely rate quotations to overseas agents and customers.
• Process and prepare ACE, AFR and other export documents as required.
• Track, trace and update customers and agents regarding.
• Provide accurate and timely billing and invoicing of shipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, carriers, truckers, warehouses and customers to provide the best service possible to our customers.

Required Experience (Customs Entry Coordinator (LAX)):

Minimum one (1) year experience in international freight forwarding and customs clearance. However, candidates with experience or coursework related to International Business, Supply Chain Management, Transportation and Logistics are encouraged to apply.

Required Language:

Read, write, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
