We are looking for Customs Operations Specialist for Tobacco Products is responsible for supporting the end-to-end customs clearance process via TPS, ensuring accurate integration with SAP and Spock systems and proper warehousing. The role includes preparing and submitting tobacco transport lists in TUPSE, overseeing approval workflows, and ensuring timely and complete reporting (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) in TADB. To prevent stock depletion and avoid extra costs such as storage and demurrage, the specialist coordinates deliveries with customs agencies, logistics, and procurement.

Supporting the entire process from applying through TPS for the customs clearance of tobacco and tobacco products to its completion, ensuring and controlling that they are correctly received into appropriate warehouses and systems (SAP and Spock).

Prepare the tobacco transport list containing all necessary information, enter and complete it in the TUPSE system, and then follow all steps of the approval process.

Prepare the TADB monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports completely and on time

Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods arriving at customs in collaboration with the customs agency, logistics, and procurement teams to avoid a "stock depletion" situation, ensuring that the procedures are completed on time and potential costs (such as storage fees and demurrage) are eliminated.

Establish clear customs clearance strategies for tobacco and tobacco products in full compliance with national and international regulations and in line with the company's strategy.

Establish, monitor, and approve the invoice approval process of the logistics department in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Participate in DDS meetings to manage and guide tobacco customs clearance processes, and create an action plan based on critical points and urgencies

Support internal and external audit processes related to customs operations
What We are Looking For:

Degree in Tobacco Technology Engineering or Tobacco Expertise

4-8 years of experience in the tobacco industry, specifically in Customs and Logistics
- Stakeholder management skills

Effective communicator

High planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferably proficient in English
