We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust cyber security strategy to protect our company's digital assets and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cyber security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and weaknesses in our systems.
• Monitor network traffic and system logs for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and other security tools to protect our networks and systems.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cyber security, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of network and system security, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption technologies.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
