Charterhouse is currently partnering with a global family office that is looking to hire a talented Cybersecurity Analyst for their Abu Dhabi-based team. Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of robust security measures across both on premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor alerts, investigate potential threats, and assist with compliance enforcement under ADGM Data Protection Regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to strengthen incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
• Monitor and analyse cybersecurity alerts across various systems using SIEM and related tools.
• Investigate potential threats and suspicious activities, document findings, and provide support during incident response.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and drive awareness initiatives.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews, and contribute to the development of detection rules, playbooks, and response workflows.
• Stay up to date with emerging security trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations.
• Familiarity with UAE cybersecurity regulations and ADGM Data Protection frameworks.
• Exposure to SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and incident response workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to thrive in fast paced environments, and excellent communication with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
