Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics to drive data-backed growth strategies.
Partner with Growth, CRM, and Marketing teams to identify scalable user growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.
Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments across channels to improve key KPIs like CAC, CTR, conversion, and LTV.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, user cohorts, and lifecycle progression.
Drive deep-dive analyses to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend data-driven actions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Governance teams to ensure high-quality, consistent data pipelines and definitions.
Lead growth-focused analytical initiatives independently while mentoring junior analysts and supporting cross-functional teams.
Position Requirement
Required Skills / Abilities:
4+ years of experience in data analytics roles
Strong preference for candidates with experience in Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing Analytics.
Proven experience in optimizing user funnels, campaign analysis, and running growth experiments.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced Excel for analysis and validation; Python is a plus.
Familiarity with growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention curves, ROAS) and experimentation frameworks.
Strong business sense, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
