Data Analyst – (Fresher / 6 Months Experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of data analysis concepts, strong analytical skills, and the willingness to learn and grow. You will work with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.
• Generate visualizations and present findings to the team.
• Support senior analysts in running queries and preparing business reports.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of data at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Understanding of statistical concepts and data cleaning techniques.
• Ability to analyze datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with Python (Pandas/Numpy) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of dashboards, reporting tools, or CRM systems.
• Internship or 6 months hands-on data analysis experience.
