Summary:
As a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You’ll work with stakeholders to define business needs, analyze data, and build dashboards and reports that drive performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and automated reports
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Develop and optimize data models and data pipelines
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform decision-making
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Tools & Technologies:

• SQL, Excel, Python or R
• Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools
• ETL tools like SSIS, Alteryx, or Airflow
• Data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in querying and manipulating large datasets
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling
• Understanding of data modeling and database concepts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field
