Data and Content Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the data & research team in Pakistan.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of the national database.
• Strengthen and expand market coverage across industries and sectors.
• Improve internal processes related to data collection, content development, and market insights.
• Monitor market trends and developments impacting data and information ecosystems.
• Coordinate with global teams on data standards, processes, and best practices.
• Understand, document, and prioritize business requirements for improved research outcomes.
• Manage data confidentiality, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to both local and global clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in market research, business information, analytics, or data operations.
• Prior managerial experience leading teams (must be senior to 5-year research associates).
• Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational, deadline-driven environment.
• High energy, initiative, and adaptability with strong problem-solving skills.
