  • Collect documentation and supporting documents from various sources.
  • Data entry and maintaining records.
  • Communication & correspondence to internal and external.
  • Checking incoming documents (correspondence, invoices etc.) and making serial wise arrangement.
  • Discrepancies to be updated to concerned team.
  • Creating the folder and scan entire document and updating the filing in system.
  • Original documents to be stored at designated area after scanning .
  • Deal with all requests to access files and keep a log for borrowed documents.
  • Keep a complete track of entire document.
  • Ensure sensitive information is safeguard.
