Internship: Data & Excel Operations Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Data & Excel Operations Intern to support our analytics, operations, and reporting workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured data, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with large Excel spreadsheets to clean, structure, and organize data.

• Perform data validation, deduplication, formatting, and error checks.

• Use basic Python scripts for data cleaning and automation.

• Maintain documentation of workflows and ensure data accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-related tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables).

• Basic understanding of data cleaning concepts.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas or willingness to learn quickly).

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CSV/Excel file handling in Python.

• Understanding of business operations or healthcare data.
