We are seeking a Data Modeling, Content & Data Quality Engineer to design, build, and scale our semantic and data quality frameworks, ensuring reliable, consistent, and business-aligned data assets across the company.

Mission: Establish and maintain the semantic layer and business metric definitions while building high-quality Gold data layers and curated data service views that empower analytics, product, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Modeling - Design and implement subject-area data models to standardize business representation across domains.
• Metric Dictionary - Define and maintain a comprehensive metric dictionary with consistent business logic and calculation standards.
• Data Quality & Lineage - Develop and enforce data quality frameworks, monitor key KPIs, and manage data lineage for transparency and trustworthiness.
• Data Services - Deliver curated data views and Gold-layer services that are easily consumable by analytics, product, and business teams.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in data modeling and data architecture.
• Proficiency with Hologres/MaxCompute or equivalent large-scale data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience in data quality management and data governance practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building semantic models and business-facing data assets.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business logic and data definitions.

90-Day Objectives:

• Deliver subject-domain common data models across key business areas.
• Publish and standardize the company-wide metric dictionary.
• Ensure Gold-layer coverage for priority business use cases.
• Achieve a data quality pass rate 99.9% on critical data pipelines.
