Data Monitoring Officer – (Pharmaceutical Items)

Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate monitoring, analysis, and reporting of operational data through Abuzar software, supporting informed decision-making, optimizing pharmaceutical inventory management, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Extract, validate, and maintain procurement and pharmaceutical inventory data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate supplier performance, and understand market trends.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers and operations, to align procurement and inventory strategies with business objectives.

· Provide actionable insights to senior management to support efficient supply chain planning and operational decision-making.

· Maintain strong understanding of supply chain, procurement processes, and inventory management principles.

· Ensure proficient and consistent use of Abuzar software for data extraction, reporting, and monitoring.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Master’s degree preferable Supply Chain Management.

· Pharmacy-related knowledge and background is mandatory.

· Hands-on experience with Abuzar software.

· 4-5 years’ experience in relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong command of Abuzar software features and reporting tools.

· Data analysis and interpretation skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and monitoring.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
