About the Role

TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Data Operations Manager who can take full ownership of data quality, system hygiene, and operational pipelines. This role requires someone who understands that data is the engine of performance and revenue—and ensures it runs flawlessly.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Quality & Hygiene

• Ensure all incoming and processed data meets quality, accuracy, and verification standards.
• Maintain end-to-end data hygiene, proactively eliminating errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Conduct regular audits to uphold clean datasets and reliable reporting integrity.

Pipeline & Technical Operations

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize SQL queries and data pipeline issues with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and implement data optimization strategies.

Process Optimization & Performance Growth

• Strengthen foundational systems to increase submission volume and operational output.
• Develop and refine SOPs to enhance data accuracy, speed, and processing efficiency.
• Identify gaps in data processes and implement continuous improvement measures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure data supports business goals.
• Provide insights, dashboards, and reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure all stakeholders have access to clean, reliable, high-value data.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of SQL, data pipelines, and database systems
• Expertise in data validation, cleansing, and transformation
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple data workflows under tight timelines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
