Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team in driving internal communications, employer branding, and social media initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Tech SMEs, Sales, and Design, to ensure content aligns with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Write and deliver internal communication content—newsletters, announcements, campaign messages, event content, and more
- Partner with HR team to execute employee-focused campaigns and internal initiatives
- Collaborate with the Design team to develop visually cohesive assets for internal and external communication.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
- Respond to not just social media interactions, comments, and messages in a brand-appropriate and timely manner, but also on other platforms.
- Work with employees and SMEs to gather insights, stories, and updates for communication pieces
- Contribute to culture-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Support sales and business teams with communication material, and brand-aligned content not limited to social media
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields) with 3 to 5 years of experience writing or curating tech-focused content.
- Strong content writing, editing, and reviewing experience across multiple formats (social posts, videos, email campaigns, etc.).
- Hands-on experience creating, planning, and managing content for social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and content performance metrics.
- Experience working with marketing teams to develop content for social media, sales enablement, employer branding, and HR communication.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage ad-hoc requests, and balance multiple priorities.
- Experience with community engagement, including responding to comments, managing conversations, and maintaining a positive brand presence online.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content tone and format based on platform and audience.
