TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket data and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 900 colleagues working in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.

Responsibilities

• Data Research & Preparation: You research and process automotive parts and component data according to defined standards.
• Data Entry & Documentation: You ensure accurate entry and documentation of all relevant information.
• Data Analysis & Processing: You analyze, convert, and process data from third party systems.
• Quality Assurance: You maintain, adjust, and review existing data to ensure the highest quality.
• Process Improvement: Your ideas contribute to the continuous optimization of our workflows.

Requirements

• Automotive background and technical knowledge of vehicles and spare parts is a must.
• Education background: Certified Automotive Technician; experience as a mechanic or in a similar field is highly valued.
• Structured and analytical mindset: You work in an organized way and enjoy solving problems.
• Eager to learn: You have a positive attitude toward learning new things.
• Resilient under pressure: You stay focused and handle challenges well.
• Team player with strong communication skills: You collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.
• English skills: You can easily communicate in English language in a professional environment.
• Additional languages would be a plus: especially Arabic or Hindi.

Location & Work Authorization

TecAlliance can only consider candidates for employment who are legally authorized to work in Dubai, where we have an established legal entity and payroll system. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to hire candidates who require relocation or are located outside of Dubai. Of course you can apply, if you hold a valid work permit or local citizenship and are willing to / or already moved to the country. It is not possible to work outside of the location you are applying for. Meaning that, if you apply e.g. for Dubai, you must work from within Dubai. It is not possible to work from another location or abroad.
