Job Description:

  • As a Recruiter at our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments.
  • Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards, Naukri , Referral etc.
  • Create compelling job descriptions, insightful interview questions and update job ads to attract the right candidates.
  • Maintain records like interview notes and other paperwork for the top management during recruitment.

Qualification:

  • 1-4 (Max) years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good judgement and ability to understand employee moods and potential future career plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software and tools

Selection Process
