To ensure that all food products are consistent with the recipes and presentation as per the standards

To monitor closely and prepare the mise en place requirements and support the Senior Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the main kitchen

Keep work area in hygienic conditions as per HACCP requirements

Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
