Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present cold dishes, salads, appetisers, and other menu items to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all mise-en-place is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation aligned with Mediterranean culinary traditions.
  • Work collaboratively with senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock for the cold section.
  • Support in the training and development of junior staff when required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end or fine dining environment.
  • Proven expertise in the cold section / Garde Manger, particularly in Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and available for a full-time, live-out position.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
