As Demi Chef de Partie Pasta Section, you will be responsible for executing dishes with precision, maintaining quality and consistency in line with the restaurant s culinary standards. You will support the Chef de Partie in managing daily operations, contributing to team development, and ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook all items according to standardised recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Assist in daily mise en place, stock rotation, and inventory control for the section
  • Ensure the pasta station is always clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
  • Support junior staff through guidance and on-the-job training
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement
