The Oral and Facial Surgery Center of Tallahassee is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Marketing Coordinator to lead our practice’s marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, Google Ads, and print advertising to increase patient engagement and practice visibility.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media channels, and promotional materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
- Optimize online presence through SEO strategies, Google Analytics insights, and performance marketing techniques to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for local partnerships, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads, streamline communication workflows, and enhance patient retention efforts.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target demographics to inform strategic planning.
- Write compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly using analytics tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the product management team to align marketing initiatives with practice goals and service offerings.
- Manage budgets for advertising campaigns ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while meeting campaign objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on healthcare or dental practices preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, Google AdWords (Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies as well as consumer-focused campaigns.
- Knowledge of print advertising methods alongside digital channels to create integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent research skills coupled with strong copywriting abilities that produce engaging content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in product management or sales support within a healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
