Your role:

  • Developing and rolling out the OHC Professional Strategy in collaboration with the Head Quarter to drive dental professional active recommendation of the Philips Sonicare brand (MOAR)

  • Ensure professional marketing is fully embedded in the overall OHC strategy and alignment of E2E brand- and marketing approach between local consumer- and professional marketing campaigns.

  • Localize global claims & content/toolkits to ensure local relevancy. Flag gaps in content and have ongoing conversation with Head Quarter about content roadmap and Regional relevancy.

  • Defining local professional product portfolio in collaboration with Business Category Leaders.

  • Accountable for managing the AnP professional marketing budget.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a locally relevant network of Key Opinion Leaders to stimulate brand awareness and -promotion amongst relevant professionals.

  • Leads partnerships with dental universities and student associations to drive brand awareness and brand preference amongst dental students.

  • Provide continuous education courses for dental professionals in collaboration with the BU.

  • Leads events to engage with the professional target audience.

  • Leads localization and publication in relevant media of clinical evidence as developed by Business; provides input into Business clinical roadmap to guarantee local relevance

  • Takes lead in training local professional field team ensuring effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidence

  • Works with key commercial functions to drive top- and bottom line and market share delivery in the professional channel as per plan



You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Familiar with the dental industry is a strong preference

  • Breadth of commercial and customer facing experience

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations

  • Strong business acumen and drive for excellence in execution

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and relationship building

  • Leadership and enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in E2E organization
