Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Education, Management, Computer Science, or a related field from HEC recognized University.
- 12 years of relevant experience of conducting UG/PG programs/exams at University level /School of Instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise command and control over personnel in the Examination Cell.
- Organize and conduct Mid-Semester Exams (MSE), End-Semester Exams (ESE), and PhD qualifying exams.
- Initiate correspondence related to registration and examination with NUST Main Office.
- Prepare postgraduate (PG / UG) results and present them in Faculty Board of Studies meetings.
- Obtain approval of results through Faculty Board of Studies.
- Ensure implementation of Examination Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain student dossiers, including registration records for new postgraduate entries.
- Assign faculty and staff for invigilation duties during examinations.
- Address academic documentation issues of postgraduate students.
- Process cases such as deferment, suspension, withdrawal, and handle e-minutes after meetings.
- Monitor postgraduate coursework progress for all batches and programs.
- Ensure proper documentation and SOP compliance during thesis defense and evaluation stages.
- Approve thesis-related forms and monitor student progress through Thesis Management System (TMS).
- Track academic and research activities of postgraduate students, attend thesis defenses.
- Supervise registration of newly admitted postgraduate students and manage course registration.
- Coordinate examination activities with the main office and other departments.
- Participate in meetings and workshops related to academics, examination, and administration.
- Handle disciplinary cases and ensure implementation of Examination Disciplinary Committee decisions.
- Conduct orientation sessions for newly joined faculty on Examination SOPs and policies
- Coordinate with account office for timely fee submission and follow-up of fee defaulters.

- Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
