Responsibilities

• Oversee project design from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Lead design planning activities, including setting objectives, strategies, and goals for the architecture team.
• Develop master plans for large-scale projects, considering spatial requirements, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Coordinate space planning efforts to optimize the use of available space and resources.
• Manage the design and development process, overseeing all aspects of architectural work.
• Drive concept development, translating ideas into viable design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to execute design plans effectively.
• Handle approvals and permits processes, liaising with relevant authorities as necessary.
• Lead negotiation efforts with stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master in Architecture

15+ Years of relevant work experience in Design Management
