Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 4 to 5 years of hands-on functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead functional role
Skills:

• Advanced functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365) Finance & Operations, Production, and Retail modules
• Strong capability in business process mapping, functional gap analysis, and workflow design
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation (BRD, FRD), UAT planning, and end-user training
• Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Strong understanding of cross-module integrations across FO, Production, and Retail
• Experience in functional testing, configuration, and module-level troubleshooting
• Excellent coordination skills with technical, development, and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across departments

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional management and continuous improvement of MS Dynamics 365 ERP (FO, Production & Retail modules)
• Conduct requirement analysis, prepare functional specifications, and ensure accurate system configuration
• Oversee end-to-end functional processes including workflows, approvals, and business rules
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align ERP solutions with departmental needs
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements
• Manage and lead UAT cycles, functional testing, and rollout activities
• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to ERP users for FO, Production, and Retail modules
• Ensure data accuracy, functional compliance, and standardized business processes across the ERP
• Drive continuous process improvement and ERP-driven automation initiatives
• Maintain documentation of functional changes, SOPs, and best practice guidelines
